Description:

The Mechanical Assembler operates and maintains production stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, and units in accordance with HVAC and chiller specifications. This role follows established manufacturing procedures to ensure precise assembly, consistent quality, and reliable system performance Skills assembly, hand tool, blueprint, mechanical assembly Top Skills Details assembly,hand tool,blueprint,mechanical assembly Additional Skills & Qualifications

• MUST HAVE

  3+ years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to learn brazing techniques required to weld the joints of copper mechanical parts
• Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards.
• Uses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units.
• Years of mechanical experience needed
• Previous brazing/welding experience is a bonus (+) Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $56160.00
• $56160.00/yr. Medical, Dental, Vision
