Full Job Description Role:
Performs repetitive assembly of cabinets and accessories to print specifications under the general guidance from the supervisor.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Packs and assembles with the use of small hand tools.
  • Verifies counts to the parts to be assemble informing lead/supervisor any incorrect packages.
  • Materials used: assembly drawings, specification sheet and/or standard assembly procedures.
Working Procedures and Responsibilities:
Able to read and understand job package: sales order, Bill of Materials, Shear List, customer assembly drawings, and specifications sheet. Ability to read and understand the assembly production schedules to meet work order delivery dates ensuring efficient use of labor. o Inspect quality and count that all parts are complete before start working on the job o Pull job kit and hardware from the stock room required to complete the unit or job. o Assemble cabinet shell to specifications; inspect work to ensure that they meet Electrorack standards for quality. o Gather and assemble the product prior to shipping to customer.
  • Total responsibility to maintain quality standards by conducting basic quality checks.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area consistent with company's housekeeping and safety policies.
  • Willing to instruct and train lower level functions to new employees as directed.
  • Willing to be cross-trained in at least one other assembly area.
Temp-to-Hire/Full Time 3rd Shift 10pm-6:30am Able to work overtime/weekends
