New opportunity in Camarillo for an experienced Mechanical Assembler. Hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm with some overtime required. Sets up equipment, prepares compounds and processes a variety of assemblies, such as standard connectors and special connectors following written and verbal instructions. Responsibilities:
Setup equipment to meet product standards for identification, shell painting, retainer loading, contact painting, wire cutting, riveting, contact crimping and contact hooding
Weigh, mix and identify items such as inks, paints, adhesives, molding compounds and potting materials
Follow intermediate drawings and procedures
Perform connector assemblies Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Skills:
Ability to recognize and inform supervision of assembly problems and equipment breakdown
Able to interface with customers if necessary Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in related mechanical manufacturing assembly operations
High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
