Requirements:
Strong mechanical aptitude and 3+ years of hands-on assembly experience. Proven ability to lead by example and support team success. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement. Ability to train, coach, and develop team members. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Job Duties:
Perform mechanical assembly using detailed work instructions, specifications, and quality standards. Lead daily production activities by organizing workflows, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress. Serve as a technical resource for assemblers by answering questions and providing guidance. Identify, communicate, and document process deviations or production concerns. Help maintain production schedules and support on-time completion of customer orders. Train and mentor new and existing team members on assembly processes, tools, and safety procedures. Conduct quality checks and support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot assembly and process issues. Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, changes, and production feedback.
