From your first task to your final check, you're the linchpin of a smooth production line—assembling components to specification, verifying accuracy at every stage, and coordinating with teammates to keep throughput efficient and safe. What You'll Do Assemble complex components and finished products to defined specifications and quality criteria. Perform in-process quality checks to confirm proper fit, function, and accuracy. Work closely with peers and leads to streamline workflow and improve efficiency. Maintain a spotless, well-organized station to maximize safety and productivity. Flag issues, variances, or material concerns quickly to your supervisor. Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and site procedures without exception. Engage in ongoing training and skill development to expand your capabilities. What You'll Bring Ability to read and follow instructions in English. Prior hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembly within an aerospace environment. Blueprint reading/interpretation skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate execution. Collaborative mindset and effectiveness in a team-based setting. Clear communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude. Mechanical aptitude and comfort using common hand tools. Curiosity and adaptability to master new processes and technologies.
