Mechanical Assembler Job Description This temporary project involves assembling a 3D weaving machine. You will be part of a team responsible for constructing a large frame, approximately 6 feet tall, using 80-20 materials, requiring extensive mechanical work. Responsibilities Assemble a large frame for a 3D weaving machine using 80-20 materials. Utilize hand and power tools effectively in the assembly process. Follow blueprints to ensure accurate mechanical assembly. Perform general labor tasks associated with the assembly process. Essential Skills Experience with hand tools and power tools. Proficiency in mechanical assembly and blueprint reading. Ability to perform hands-on mechanical work. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience building large mechanical structures. Ability to stand on feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Emeryville, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
