Job Description
At Elma Electronic, we design and manufacture high-performance electronic systems that support critical applications across industries such as defense, aerospace, and industrial technology. We are currently seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team in Fremont, CA as we prepare for upcoming production ramp-up and key program implementation. What You'll Do In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing high-quality electro-mechanical components and systems, following established specifications and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components, including panels, chassis, enclosures, and cabinets Fit and align parts to ensure proper mechanical function and performance Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies Install interconnect wiring and assemblies into enclosures as needed Perform testing and calibration of assemblies to meet product specifications Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Meet production schedules and quality standards What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience in an electro-mechanical or manufacturing environment Ability to use standard assembly tools and measurement equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read and follow technical documents and drawings Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment Work Environment Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift Regular lifting (up to 50 lbs) and handling of materials Use of tools and equipment requiring manual dexterity and precisionCompensation Hourly Rate:
