Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Aerospace Mechanical Assembler, where you'll play a vital role in constructing and assembling high-precision aerospace components. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, ensuring the integrity and safety of aerospace systems. You'll be responsible for interpreting detailed schematics, utilizing a variety of hand and power tools, and adhering to strict quality standards to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide assembly processes Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure components meet exact specifications Assemble aerospace mechanical parts using hand tools, power tools, welding, soldering, and fabrication techniques Operate machining equipment and perform fabrication tasks to prepare parts for assembly Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to verify accuracy and adherence to safety standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including warehouse areas and fabrication zones Follow safety protocols diligently, including forklift operation when handling materials in warehouse environments Requirements Proven experience with mechanical assembly in manufacturing or aerospace settings Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, precision measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering tools Ability to operate machining equipment and perform fabrication tasks as needed Experience with warehouse operations or forklift certification is a plus Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to aerospace component assembly Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision measurement and quality assurance Join us in building the future of aerospace technology!
