1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
Type:
Temp-to-Hire Position Overview Seeking mechanically inclined candidates to perform assembly, testing, inspection, and production support activities in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable using hand tools, power tools, test equipment, blueprints, and inspection tools while maintaining quality and production standards. Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0-1 year of assembly, manufacturing, production, mechanical, or technical experience.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to read blueprints, route sheets, and work instructions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of quality and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical assembly and testing operations using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, gauges, and test equipment.
  • Assemble, inspect, and test products according to blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
  • Record test results and production data accurately.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality.
  • Utilize measuring instruments and basic electrical testing equipment.
  • Perform touch-up painting, cleaning, finishing, and detailing operations.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and FOD-free work environment.
  • Ensure equipment calibration requirements are followed.
Pay:
$19.25 - $22.00 per hour
