Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Assembler to become a key member of our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and assembly processes, with a focus on precision and quality. This role involves working with various components, including PCB assemblies and electro-mechanical parts to build high-quality positioner systems. Responsibilities Set-up, build, and integrate electro-mechanical/mechanical components, harnesses, sub-assemblies, and finished product(s) Review and follow drawings, bill of material, travelers, and work instructions Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products for quality assurance Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring & electrical equipment Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift 50 lbs. Experience Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly roles, particularly with electro-mechanical products Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, calipers, multi-meters, and other instruments Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints, bill of material, travelers, and work instructions Good know-how and knowledge of computers, Microsoft products, and other applicable industry standard software Join our team where your skills will contribute to the creation of innovative products while working in a supportive environment that values quality craftsmanship.
