Electro Mechanical Assembler

JSG is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for our client in Monrovia, CA.

Pay rate:

$21-$23

Skills:

Five years' experience as an assembler of electro-mechanical assemblies. High School Diploma or

GED J-STD-001

Certification preferred. Performs any combination of following tasks to assemble mechanical or electronic components and subassemblies: Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. Build & test a varied range of precision mechanical assemblies and/or electronic assemblies to an elevated level of quality and efficiency using crimpers, small hand tools and soldering equipment. Performs housekeeping and clean up duties upon completion of assigned tasks. Periodically performs job tasks while viewing work through a microscope. Provide advanced manufacturability inputs to reduce product cost and increase reliability. Knowledge of IPC soldering and crimping standards a plus #
