Day Shift:

Requirements:

Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is required. Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience using hand tools and performing detailed assembly work. Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Ability to perform basic math calculations and count accurately. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 6 months of assembly, manufacturing, or related experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Duties:

Assemble mechanical and electrical components, assemblies, and subassemblies using hand, electric, and pneumatic tools. Perform bench assembly tasks, including placing, taping, sealing, welding, and packaging products. Follow work instructions, assembly procedures, and production schedules to meet quality standards. Inspect materials and finished products for quality and report defects or issues to supervisors. Use fine motor skills and hand dexterity to complete detailed assembly work. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
