In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and operating machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently. Your mechanical aptitude and precision will drive the success of our production processes, ensuring that each product meets strict quality standards. Duties Assemble components and sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment according to schematics and blueprints Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures Conduct precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for assembly and fabrication tasks Perform quality checks on finished products utilizing mechanical knowledge and precision instruments Solder electrical components when required, maintaining proper safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area while documenting production activities accurately in logs and reports Skills Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments for quality assurance Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly, fabrication, machining, welding, and soldering processes Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings effectively Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery Experience with manufacturing environments including warehouse operations and forklift operation is a plus Familiarity with blueprint reading and machining techniques for precise assembly tasks Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your skills will directly contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions.
