Hydraulics Full Job Description Pay:

$22-26/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to support the build and setup of mobile metal fabrication machines. This role is responsible for assembling mechanical components, installing required machine elements, and ensuring equipment meets engineering specifications prior to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mobile metal fabrication machines according to specifications and drawings Set up machines for operation and perform initial startup checks Install guards, safety signage, and nameplates per engineering requirements Perform shakedowns, teardowns, and complete punch list items as needed Submit redline drawing updates to engineering for review and correction Install air and lubrication lines in accordance with specifications Install and route hydraulic lines, fittings, cylinders, and pumps Assemble pneumatic circuits and air systems Verify proper torque and sealing of fittings

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience assembling industrial machinery or heavy equipment Working knowledge of commonly used assembly tools and mechanical assembly processes Experience assembling shafts, drive shafts, bearings, and gear assemblies Proven ability to build mechanical sub-assemblies for integration into finished products Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics Experience using measuring instruments such as tape measures and feeler gauges Prior experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems If this sounds like an opportunity that interests you, apply today!
