The Mechanical Assembler plays a vital role in supporting both Made-to-Stock and Made-to-Order production lines. This position ensures that all assembly processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with production goals and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Select and gather required components for production orders with accuracy and attention to detail. Assemble, inspect, and package sub-assemblies and final products according to provided instructions, blueprints, production orders, and quality guidelines. Perform specialized tasks and assignments that support the overall assembly workflow. Install required parts and components to complete sub-assembly and final assembly orders. Keep workstations, storage areas, and shared facilities clean, organized, and well-maintained. Carry out related administrative tasks such as printing production documents, generating labels, confirming orders, and tracking progress in system software. Coordinate product transportation and logistics in collaboration with the Shipping team. Organize and prioritize production paperwork and pick lists based on customer delivery timelines and production urgency.

Desired Background/Skills:

2-3 years of prior assembly experience preferred. Must be able to read/write in English. Must be proficient in using computers and automated machinery. High School Diploma, or GED.
