$18.00 - $18.50 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Waterbury, CT. In this role, you will assemble electro-mechanical products used in a variety of customer applications by following manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, blues, bills of materials, and other technical documents. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or assembly experience, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble electro-mechanicalponents and sub-assemblies according to specifications Build final electrical, electronic, and mechanical assemblies Read and interpret blues, engineering drawings, work orders, process sheets, and written instructions Perform manual assembly operations using hand tools and measuring equipment Conduct product alignment and adjustments to ensure precise specifications are met Inspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are maintained defects, production issues, or scrap material to leadership immediately Execute material handling procedures and maintain inventory floor stock as needed Preparepleted products for shipment or storage Maintain accurate production records and documentation Follow allpany safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Cross-train in additional assembly areas as needed Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blues and technical documents Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail Experience using hand tools and precision measuring instruments preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Additional Requirements Ability to lift 20-50 lbs occasionally, 10-25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs consistently Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day Good visual acuity and manual dexterity required Comfortable using tools and equipment such as calipers, gauges, micrometers, torque wrenches, oscilloscopes, and other measuring instruments May be exposed to industrial cleaning chemicals and oils during daily operations We are looking for dependable and motivated individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work and contributing to a team-focused manufacturing environment.Pay Details:
