This is a dynamic, Temp-to-Perm role that requires a blend of technical precision and warehouse versatility. Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Responsibilities:
Precision Electronics:
Perform detailed soldering on small circuit boards and various electronic components.
Technical Assembly:
Manage light assembly tasks, including the replacement and repair of circuit board components.
Material Handling:
Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and process incoming/outgoing orders. (On-site certification will be provided!)
Production Support:
Maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple assembly tasks simultaneously.
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 6:00
PM Skills:
Equipment Operation:
Prior experience with a sit-down forklift; must be comfortable and confident operating one in a warehouse setting.
Technical Aptitude:
Resourceful and exceptionally detail-oriented when working with small, delicate components.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Soldering Expertise:
Mandatory prior experience with small-scale soldering is required.
Multitasking:
Proven ability to switch between technical assembly, order processing, and equipment operation seamlessly.
Safety Mindset:
A solid record of safely operating warehouse equipment and following production protocols.
