Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of schematics and experience working in a warehouse environment. As a Builder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling various components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. This role requires a commitment to quality and safety while ensuring that all projects meet specifications. Duties Interpret and work from schematics to assemble components accurately. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers for fabrication tasks. Perform machining operations to create precise parts as required. Solder components together as needed for assembly. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machining processes. Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Ability to solder and fabricate components as required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
