$18.00/hour Details We're looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team in Fort Myers. In this hands‑on role, you'll help build high‑quality boat components that make a real difference on the water. What You'll Do As an Assembler, you'll play a key role in producing quality boat assemblies by: Assembling a wide range of boat components, including: Roofs, frames, doors, and structural sections Electrical components, wire harnesses, and lighting systems Mechanical systems, motors, and supporting hardware Reading and following work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints Measuring, cutting, fitting, and securing parts to precise specifications Performing basic troubleshooting to resolve assembly issues Using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and efficiently Working closely with teammates to meet daily production goals Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area Following company safety standards and manufacturing procedures at all times What We're Looking For Previous experience in assembly, mechanical work, or manufacturing (preferred) Basic knowledge of electrical components or wiring is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for most of the workday Confidence using hand and power tools Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to supply your own basic hand tools Key Skills Production & assembly Mechanical assembly Wire harness assembly Hand and power tool operation Why Join Us Consistent weekday schedule with evenings and weekends free Hands‑on, skill‑building work in a manufacturing environment Opportunity to be part of a team that builds durable, high‑quality products Steady work with room to grow and develop your skills If you're ready to put your mechanical skills to work and be part of a dependable manufacturing team, we'd love to hear from you. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Myers, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
