Responsibilities are:
Build precise electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, and cables.
Perform wire tagging and assemble rotors into housings while accurately setting endplay.
Use fixtures to adjust brushes and assemble brush blocks or slip ring stack-ups.
Execute high-quality soldering to terminals and splice HML wires.
Set up components for run-in/clean and utilize measurement instruments for quality checks.
Adhere strictly to work instructions, Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations, and
Assist with document control and participate in all required training sessions.
Proactively recommend changes to improve workflow efficiency and reduce production costs. experience 1-4 years skills Basic understanding of ITAR and EAR regulations.
Experience in a lean manufacturing setting focused on efficiency. qualifications Valid J-Standard certification for soldering.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and travelers.
Proficiency in using various measurement instruments.
Strong understanding of AS9100 requirements and ISO compliance.
