Mechanical Assembler Job Description Join our dynamic team to assist in the mechanical assembly of solar panels and control panels in a high-volume production setting. Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly of solar panels and control panels. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently. Interpret and follow blueprints and schematics for assembly processes. Ensure production goals and quotas are met. Engage in soldering and wiring tasks as required. Essential Skills Minimum 12 months of experience in industrial roles such as manufacturing, distribution, or construction. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for mechanical assembly. Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. Experience in meeting production goals and quotas. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in industrial industry roles is preferred. Knowledge of soldering and wiring techniques. Familiarity with assembly line processes. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a clean, climate-controlled, large site with shifts available from 6 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 6 am, including a pay differential for night shifts. The environment is designed for optimal productivity and comfort. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seminole, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.42/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
