Electro - Mechanical Assembler Sunrise, FL 33351 Full-time Full-time Job Overview Beth-El America LLC (BEA) is a leading manufacturer of advanced air filtration systems and a trusted integrator of electronic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical components and systems. As BEA continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in the assembly, inspection, and integration of cutting-edge products. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and a strong commitment to precision, quality, and continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Assemble and integrate electro-mechanical components into complex systems according to engineering drawings and quality standards. Perform system-level testing, troubleshooting, and final verification to ensure proper functionality and reliability. Conduct Incoming Quality Control (IQC) on received materials to confirm they meet required specifications. Retrieve and stage parts from inventory; ensure inventory remains organized and accessible. Document each step of the assembly process and maintain traceability using the ERP system. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment, complying with all safety and quality protocols. Qualifications Prior experience in electro-mechanical assembly and system integration is required. Hands-on experience with basic electrical tasks such as routing harnesses and connecting plugs is highly preferred . Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions in English . Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues effectively. Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, or surface treatment is a plus.Computer Skills:
Experience using ERP systems to track production activities and inventory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) for reporting and communication.Other Requirements:
Fluent in English—both written and spoken Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid U.S. work permit Ability to commute daily to Sunrise, FL 33351 (Required) Willingness to occasionally travel out-of-state is a plusWhat We Offer:
