Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality components and products with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless production process, ensuring that every item meets strict quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your mechanical skills and work with advanced tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assemble components and products according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accurate assembly Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and fabrication instructions to guide assembly processes Operate fabrication equipment including welding, soldering, machining, and fabrication tools as needed Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols at all times Assist in warehouse tasks such as inventory management, material handling with forklifts, and shipping/receiving activities Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or assembly environments Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and fabrication techniques Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and machining tools Experience with precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other gauges Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus but not mandatory Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in assembly processes Join our team to be part of an energetic environment where your skills make a tangible impact!
