Mechanical Assembler:

Assemble fabricated parts at floor stations according to product specifications. Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product requirements. Assemble mechanical components for front and rear panels, chassis, housings, cabinets, enclosures, and large mechanical assemblies. Assemble precision electro-mechanical equipment, fitting and aligning mechanical parts into housings for smooth operation. Install interconnect wiring and assemblies into enclosures when needed. Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and simple measuring devices. Follow well-defined assembly documentation that outlines the mechanical assembly process. Clean and maintain equipment daily. Follow all safety guidelines and meet scheduling requirements to complete tasks on time. Qualifications of the

Mechanical Assembler:

High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of related experience in a sheet metal environment. At least 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to use standard tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and measuring equipment. Ability to read blueprints. Strong attention to detail.
