What You'll Need to Get the Job Done High school diploma or GED 1-5 years of experience with reading blueprints and assembling electrical or mechanical products Able to read drawings to assemble/disassemble power conditioners and other electrical products. Use tools and equipment safely Put together, pack, and label products Inspect for quality and flag issues quickly Keep work areas safe and organized Lift 45 lbs and stay on your feet Show up on time, ready to hustle Team up with your crew to hit daily goals A Solid Start to Gain Experience "Good place to work for the experience,"
