Job Description

Manufacturing Assembler responsible for assembling mechanical units, fabricated parts, subassemblies, and finished products while following production procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements. Job Requirements Experience performing manufacturing or assembly activities Ability to follow defined procedures and standard work instructions Experience assembling mechanical units, fabricated parts, subassemblies, or finished products Experience using hand tools and power tools Ability to fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts to meet tolerances Ability to monitor product and raw material quality Ability to follow safety protocols, quality standards, and operational guidelines Preferred Skills Experience operating jigs, dies, fixtures, templates, punch presses, riveting machines, circular shears, or drill presses Experience cutting, filing, fitting, punching, reaming, riveting, forming, or assembling parts Experience working with close-tolerance mechanical assemblies Experience supporting consistent production quality in a manufacturing environment Experience interpreting manufacturing instructions, procedures, or production requirements Job Responsibilities Perform manufacturing activities according to defined procedures and standard outputs Assemble mechanical units and fabricated parts into subassemblies or completed products Use hand tools and power tools during assembly operations Operate equipment such as jigs, dies, fixtures, templates, punch presses, riveting machines, circular shears, and drill presses as needed Cut, file, fit, punch, ream, rivet, form, and assemble parts Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product requirements Monitor quality of finished products, subassemblies, components, and raw materials Exchange production information with manufacturing personnel as needed Follow safety protocols, quality standards, and operational guidelines Support consistent production quality and efficient manufacturing processes
