Job Responsibilities:

Solder miniature components under a microscope with precision and consistency Operate and perform coil winding machine assembly tasks Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards Accurately complete all required paperwork Keep work area clean and organized Cross-train and assist in other manufacturing processes as needed

Qualifications:

Must be able to read, write, and speak English Strong basic math skills; must be comfortable with fractions Minimum 2 years of soldering experience Minimum 2 years of experience working under a microscope Skilled in using small hand tools, including tweezers Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Experience in a manufacturing environment and handling delicate components Able to sit for extended periods throughout the workday High school diploma or equivalent required Must have reliable transportation Must be authorized to work in the
