Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical assembly and PCB handling tasks. Work with potting equipment for product finishing. Follow written assembly procedures, visual aids, and verbal instructions. Interpret and work from mechanical and electrical drawings. Meet or exceed daily production goals and quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Lift and move materials up to 40 pounds as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Technical training or education a plus. 1+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes. Capable of using basic hand tools and equipment. Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry, viewing instructions, etc.). Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team #
