Mechanical Assembler

Mechanical Assembler Our client, a leader in manufacturing and assembly services, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• 4:00 PMWhat's the Job
• Affix subassemblies to main assemblies such as chassis, gears, housings, and transmissions according to specifications
• Review work orders, blueprints, and engineering specifications to ensure accurate work performance
• Position control mechanisms, connect levers and rods with appropriate fasteners like bolts and rivets
• Set precise clearances between parts to meet prescribed tolerances
• Perform quality checks on products and parts, and implement corrective actions as needed.

What's Needed

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering specifications
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Basic understanding of mechanical assembly processes
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and quality standards
• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required.
