Job Description

Now Hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers Pay Range:
Typically $20
  • 22/hr (based on experience)
Schedule:
7am to 5pm
  • (In October will move to 6:00 AM
  • 6:00 PM) Job Description Join a newly built, fast‑growing manufacturing facility where you'll support the production of electrical distribution equipment in an active, hands‑on environment.
New hires start on a Monday-Friday training schedule before moving into a 12‑hour 6:00 AM-6:00 PM rotating 2‑2‑3 shift Responsibilities Use hand and power tools safely while keeping the work area clean and organized. Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and build documents to complete assemblies correctly. Confirm assemblies are level, aligned, and built to specification. Inspect parts for damage such as dents, scratches, or incorrect components. Apply correct torque values using torque wrenches. Communicate clearly and work effectively with the team. Use bills of materials, drawings, blueprints, and related manufacturing info to guide assembly. Assemble switchboards and panelboards, identifying missing or incorrect parts as you go. Install components using proper hand tools and established build procedures. Report job progress, issues, or part shortages promptly. Spot process‑improvement opportunities and help resolve quality or production issues. Perform visual quality checks before and after assembly and troubleshoot errors. Assemble copper bussing to design specs, ensuring proper spacing and grounding. Handle additional production duties as needed. Skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing documents. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches safely and accurately. Strong attention to detail for inspecting parts, identifying defects, and ensuring build accuracy. Effective communication and teamwork in a fast‑paced production environment. Ability to problem‑solve assembly issues, identify missing components, and support quality processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with blueprints, GMP, manufacturing processes, ERP, and inventory control. Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines effectively. Interested?
