Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience Collaborative and supportive team environment Work on innovative, meaningful products Key Responsibilities Assemble and test mechanical products and subassemblies Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and rework new and service products Interpret job orders, pick tickets, assembly instructions, and engineering drawings Perform final testing using company software and testing equipment Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation Follow all safety policies and procedures Additional Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with packaging, moving, and shipping finished goods Support inventory control activities as needed Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly or similar role Skills & Abilities Experience assembling mechanical and electro-mechanical components and performing tests Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical and basic electrical) Ability to install and test operating systems, drivers, and software (training provided) Skilled in using testing and measuring equipment such as volt/amp/ohm meters, HYPot testers, and current leakage testers Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions Experience operating hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly How to Apply Join our team and contribute to the success of our operations while growing and using your skills in a dynamic work environment.
