Mechanical Assembler

Job Title:

Mechanical Assembler Pay $20-22/hr in Coon Rapids, MN Job Description The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for the basic assembly of diaphragm pumps designed to transfer fluids like water and oil to various containers. This role requires mechanical assembly using power and hand tools and involves reading work instructions from computers, labeling, and packaging as needed. Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly using torque tools, hand tools, fixtures, bench top presses, and test equipment. Follow standard work instructions to assemble parts and test the completed pumps. Collaborate in a small team of 3 to 4 assemblers to efficiently build pumps. Assist with labeling and packaging tasks when required. Essential Skills Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing and/or utilizing hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in mechanical assembly and assembly line work. Experience with various tools such as tape measures, drills, wrenches, and screwdrivers. Why Work Here?
