Job Description
West Tool Enclosures - a leading national manufacturer specializing in custom-built, stainless steel electrical enclosures is seeking skilled and reliable team members to join our growing team. We are hiring for the following positions Welder/Fabricator, CNC Machine Operator and Assembler.
- Full-Time day shift 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday with Friday optional Overtime 6am-12pm.

- Set up, load, and operate Turret punching equipment
- Monitor tooling, adjust feeds, and troubleshoot jams
- Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and quality Qualifications
- Ability to read work orders and blueprints
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills and measurement proficiency
- Ability to work independently as well as a team in a fast-paced environment
Welder/Fabricator Responsibilities:
- Weld and fabricate metal components to spec using MIG/TIG welding technique processes
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and schematics
- Perform quality checks, measure parts, and ensure proper fit-up
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards throughout the fabrication process
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment skills and welding test
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, tapes, squares)
- Ability to work independently as well as a team in a fast-paced environment
Assembler Job Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble custom stainless-steel enclosures according to specifications.
- Perform basic fabrication, including assembly, gluing and forming.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Operate various fabrication equipment.
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to meet our customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Assemble parts and components according to guidelines set by the company.
- Ensure that all assembly is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Notify team members of any parts or components that are not up to quality standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Effective communication skills.
