• PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Conformal Coat Operator with
• hands-on spray experience
• to support high-reliability electronics production. You will help ensure coating quality and protection for mission-critical components.

• Schedule:

• Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• What You'll Do

• Mask off using precise measurements, mix, and apply conformal coating and silicone using spray equipment and PVA machinery
• Perform controlled
• hand spraying while wearing a respirator
• , following all safety procedures
• Inspect and touch up coatings under
• black light UV inspection
• to ensure coverage and compliance
• Apply coatings to flexible assemblies and support potting operations using Asymtek equipment
• Read work instructions, follow ESD handling practices, and document results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and FOD-free work area
• What You'll Bring
• Minimum 1 year
• experience in spray application, masking, or conformal coating
• Ability and willingness to
• wear a respirator for the duration of spray tasks
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, travelers, and process documentation

Certification (or ability to certify at hire)
