+ Assist Engineering with troubleshooting assembly or performance issues. + Resolve issues affecting specifications and escalate concerns to the Line Lead or Supervisor. + Document production and quality information accurately, including scrap tags. + Escalate issues related to tools, equipment, missing components, or quality concerns. + Maintain product quality by following standard work, scrap procedures, and customer requirements. + Promote a clean, safe work environment and follow all PPE requirements. + Contribute to daily metrics and continuous improvement efforts. + Maintain housekeeping standards to support an organized, productive workspace. + Perform additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations.
