Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Operator/Assembler, where you'll play a vital role in producing high-quality products in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your mechanical skills and contribute to innovative solutions that meet strict industry standards. You will be responsible for operating machines or assembling components, and ensuring all products adhere to rigorous quality and safety protocols. Responsibilities Operate various manufacturing equipment and machinery with precision, including calipers, micrometers, and hand tools to assemble components accurately. Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to FDA regulations, and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines to ensure compliance. Perform quality inspections using calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances of parts produced or assembled. Assemble products meticulously ensuring proper fit and function. Package finished products according to specified procedures, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for traceability. Maintain a clean, organized work area and cleanroom protocols, supporting a safe manufacturing environment. Experience Prior experience working with manufacturing equipment or assembly lines is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools. Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments confidently preferred but will train. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high-quality standards.
