Full Job Description Machine Builder Location:

Roseville, MN Pay range: $28•36/hr + $12K sign-on bonus

Schedule:

1st Shift•Monday•Friday | Overtime Available Build complex machinery. Solve problems. See your work come to life. We're looking for an experienced Machine Builder to assemble custom packaging equipment from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where you'll read drawings, troubleshoot issues, and help improve how machines are built. What You'll Do Assemble packaging machines using drawings and build books Work with mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems Identify and fix build or design issues Use SolidWorks drawings to guide assembly Collaborate with engineering and production teams Support machine testing, teardown, and shipment What You Bring 5+ years of machine assembly experience (packaging equipment preferred) Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics Experience with hand & power tools (drills, saws, grinders, etc.) Basic troubleshooting skills (mechanical/pneumatic/electrical) Strong attention to quality and safety Why Join $12,000 sign-on bonus Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO Stable, growing company Opportunity to build highly customized equipment Overtime available for strong earnings potential
