Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical parts and components into finished products or subassemblies according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications Use hand tools, small power tools, and other specialized assembly equipment safely and effectively Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to ensure accuracy and quality Reassemble, adjust, or rework units as required to correct defects or meet specifications Inspect assembled parts and completed units to ensure they meet quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Comply with all safety, quality, and productivity requirements Required Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of training and relevant mechanical assembly experience Demonstrated ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions Experience using hand tools and small power tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Preferred Skills Ability to read basic assembly drawings or schematics Experience working in a manufacturing environment Strong teamwork skills and a reliable work ethic
