Job Description

Manpower is partnering with a leading client in Columbia, MO to hire Production Assemblers and Machine Operators for newly created roles. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a company that rewards your hard work, we want to hear from you.
Available Shifts & Pay:
1st
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM $18.49 - 20.06/hour
Overtime:
Potential for additional hours
Pay Increases:
Scheduled bump every 6 months for the first 2 years
What You'll Do:
Load raw materials or parts into production machines Remove finished products from machines Package and label completed items Perform large-scale assembly tasks Accurately record production results on required forms
What We're Looking For:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing for the entire shift Ability to accurately read a tape measure Basic math skills Ability to interpret product drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and reliability Why Work with Manpower?
