Position Summary:

As a Mechanical Assembler , you will be responsible for assembling and upfitting trucks and vehicles using blueprints, tools, and detailed instructions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a production environment.

What You'll Do:

Assemble and upfit trucks and similar vehicles to meet specifications Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions Safely operate hand tools and power tools Install, adjust, and secure mechanical components and accessories Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper function Follow daily production priorities and supervisor guidance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Communicate effectively with team members regarding progress and issues

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Mechanical experience (automotive, assembly, or related field) Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) Experience using power tools (drills, impact drivers) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Comfortable performing physically active, hands-on work

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with truck upfitting or similar vehicle work Automotive repair or maintenance experience Hands-on experience working on personal vehicles or projects Familiarity with shop or production environments

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
