Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Operator/Assembler, where you'll play a vital role in producing high-quality products in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to innovative solutions that meet strict industry standards. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations, adherence to safety protocols, and the delivery of exceptional products to our customers. Duties Operate various manufacturing machinery, and soldering stations, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Assemble components with precision using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measurement devices to meet exact specifications. Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to
ISO 13485
standards, FDA regulations, and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines for quality assurance. Conduct quality inspections of finished products and components in a cleanroom environment, verifying dimensions and tolerances. Package finished goods securely for shipment while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with industry standards. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime. Support process improvements by documenting procedures and participating in team meetings focused on efficiency and quality enhancements. Requirements Proven experience with manufacturing processes, assembly, or machine operation in a regulated environment. Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, and other measurement instruments for precise assembly tasks. Knowledge of ISO standards, FDA regulations, CGMP practices, and cleanroom protocols is highly desirable. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand machinery operations and troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively. Familiarity with plastics injection molding processes and soldering techniques. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
