Responsibilities for a Mechanical Assembler include but are not limited to:Precision Assembly & Wiring:
Loadponents onto panels and perform detailed internal wiring according to technical schematics and wiring diagrams to prepare units for testing.Enclosure Integration:
Installpleted control panels into enclosures, making all necessary electrical connections for both internal unit functions and field connections.Quality Assurance & Documentation:
Verify paperwork against the latest order revisions and perform final audits/labeling onpleted units to ensure they meet all Bill of Materials (BOM) specifications.Team Collaboration:
Work effectively within a team environment to maintain high levels of production efficiency and quality standards. Candidates for Mechanical Assembler must meet the following requirements:Technical Proficiency:
Proven experience in electrical wiring and the ability to accurately read and interpret mechanical drawings, blues, and wiring schematics.Tool & Equipment Skills:
Familiarity with a variety of hand tools and the ability to operate an overhead crane (after proper training) for safe material handling.Background & Education:
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a solid foundational background in electrical or mechanical assembly.Communication & Reliability:
Must be able to follow written work instructions in English and maintain a flexible schedule to amodate mandatory overtime on Fridays. What's in this Mechanical Assembler position for you?Pay Rate:
