AVL is expanding its U.S. operations and is looking for a skilled Machine Builder to join its growing Charlotte team.
Schedule & Benefits Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM 4-day work week (4 x 10-hour shifts) $2.00/hour shift premium in addition to the regular pay rate What You'll Do Assemble generator enclosures, piping, structural components, and industrial equipment Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Tape Measure Test is must Install tanks, frames, generators, panels, and related components Operate forklifts, cranes, and material handling equipment Perform inspections and ensure quality standards are met Support equipment installation, service, and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Experience in mechanical assembly or heavy industrial manufacturing Ability to read mechanical blueprints and technical documents Forklift and overhead crane operation experience Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on tool experience Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Preferred
ISO 9001
