We have an immediate opening for a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join a team that values craftsmanship, precision, and getting the job done right the first time. The company is a custom machine builder working across telecommunications, automation, robotics, food production, and automotive—so you won't be stuck doing the same repetitive work. Every build is different, and your skillset will be put to real use. What You'll Be Doing Assemble custom machinery from the ground up using detailed blueprints Fit, align, and install mechanical components with accuracy and consistency Use hand tools and shop equipment to fabricate, modify, and finish parts Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make adjustments on the fly Work independently on builds while staying in sync with the team Keep projects moving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment What You Bring to the Table Solid mechanical aptitude and real hands-on shop experience Ability to read and work from blueprints without supervision Strong working knowledge of hand tools and general shop equipment Experience in a manufacturing or machine-building environment preferred Comfort operating forklifts (a plus) Experience with a lathe or Bridgeport mill is a strong advantage Good memory, attention to detail, and pride in your work Ability to manage multiple builds and stay organized Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged

Pay:
