What You'll Do:

• Assemble steel enclosures using hand tools, air tools, and power tools
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints to complete assemblies accurately
• Utilize measuring tapes and precision measurements during production processes
• Lift and move materials up to 35 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Follow all safety guidelines and manufacturing procedures in a production environment

What You'll Bring:

• 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical production experience
• 1 year of experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools
• Ability to lift 35+ lbs consistently throughout an 8-hour shift
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings or blueprints
• Ability to accurately read and use a measuring tape
• Ability to communicate fluently in

English What Sets You Apart:

• Experience working in industrial manufacturing environments
• Previous experience assembling steel, fiberglass, or copper components
• Familiarity with Dayforce or electronic timekeeping systems
• Safety shoe ownership preferred for interviews and production floor readiness

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
