This is a hands-on position where no two days are exactly alike.

Responsibilities include:

Assemble trailer components using blueprints and digital work instructions Measure and fit aluminum components accurately Drill holes and install fasteners Operate hand tools, air tools, and power tools Install rivets (experience with an air hammer is a plus, but we'll train you) Inspect your work for quality and accuracy Work independently and as part of a collaborative production team Maintain a clean and safe work area Unlike repetitive assembly line positions, this role offers variety throughout the day and the satisfaction of seeing a finished trailer come together. What We're Looking For Dependable with excellent attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working with your hands Able to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and digital work instructions Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
