Mechanical Assembler - 1st Shift, Contract To Hire The Mechanical Assembler position is available in Bow, NH, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Mechanical Assembler:
1st shift hours are 5:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Pay Rate of the
Mechanical Assembler:
$23.00/hr. Responsibilities of the
Mechanical Assembler:
Assemble mechanical components and medium-sized assemblies following detailed work instructions and diagrams in English. Use hand tools, including torque wrenches and screwdrivers, to complete tasks with precision. Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure proper fit, function, and compliance with specifications. Report assembly issues, defective parts, or process deviations to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company safety standards. Work collaboratively with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications of the
Mechanical Assembler:
At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, mechanical assembly, or a related field. Ability to read, understand, and follow English work instructions and assembly documentation. Familiarity with basic mechanical hand tools such as torque wrenches and screwdrivers. Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Electrical experience is a plus but not required. Preferred Skills of the
Mechanical Assembler:
Basic understanding of mechanical systems and assembly processes. Ability to interpret technical drawings or schematics. Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude. Work Environment of the

This is a hands-on manufacturing role requiring the routine use of mechanical tools. The position may involve standing, bending, and lifting moderate weights throughout the shift.
