S Navy Responsibilities Include:
System assembly of our Thermal and Drum Evaporators as well as our other lines of Evaporators. Candidates must have strong experience reading mechanical assembly drawings as well as electrical schematics. This position requires experience working with tools and equipment needed for mounting large and small scale industrial components including: burners, motors, pumps, vessels, heat exchangers, compressors, valves, piping, and various instrumentation. This also requires extensive experience installing system wiring for 480V/120V/24VDC circuits as well as providing assistance with crating and shipping of sytems.
Work Habits and Experience:
5-7 years experience doing Electrical and Mechanical assembly of large scale industrial equipment. A habit of consistently high quality and detail oriented work with minimal supervision. Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with experience reading mechanical assembly drawings and electrical schematic drawings. Team player with willingness to learn, make improvements, and assist others . Highly reliable with a habit of thoroughly completing tasks on a timely basis. Extensive experience doing assembly of low tech commercial/industrial equipment with components that include motors, pumps, valves, piping, control panels, blowers, and other related industrial items. Experience working with stainless steel is a plus Skills and experience with a wide range of common shop floor tools and equipment including: Fork truck operation, drill presses, large and small wrenches, cutting wheels, pipe wrench, nail gun, circular saw, wire cutters, etc. Computer experience including working within and ERP system is a plus Pay is commensurate with experience and certification levels attained.
