Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications and blueprints. Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled products meet company standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity. Document assembly processes and report any issues to the supervisor. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of assembly techniques. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools. Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively. Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
