Job Description

The Electromechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling electronics according to product specifications. The successful candidate will follow blueprints to put together electronic devices, tools and products using hand and power tools and other assembly equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
Assembles, tests, and repairs precision electromechanical parts, assemblies, and equipment Examines parts for surface defects Aligns, fits, and assembles component parts into completed units, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and templates Solders and bolts electrical and electronic components in specified location on assembly Repairs, reworks, and assembles to meet operational tolerances Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies Conducts basic electronic tests as needed Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures Backup for other department roles to maintain daily operations as needed.
Requirements:
1-3 years' experience in electromechanical assembly High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred. Must be detail oriented, accurate, and have excellent follow-up and multitasking skills. Communicate clearly, professionally, and with a positive, team-oriented attitude Must be a highly motivated team player with an ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks Must be proficient with computers, including a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
